Entry Level Rice Cooker SR-4600

A simple low cost rice cooker for cooking good sushi rice, It uses a cook cycle specifically for sushi rice. It also features a ‘keeping warm function’ such that once the rice is cooked the cooker holds the rice at a warm temperature keeping it fresh and delicious. It is great as a catering size rice cooker finished in stainless steel making it easy to clean.

IH Rice Cooker SR-PGA54

This cooker heats the pot through electromagnetic force, enabling the pot to heat more evenly and reducing external heat loss. This means the rice cooks for uniformly than with other rice cookers. A unique feature is the starting timer which enables the chef to have the cooker start at a specific time, helping to reduce those early morning shifts.

Gas Rice Cooker FRC22NC

These reliable draw style cookers are available in 2 formats; Gas powered or electrically powered. Both cook the rice well by detecting the temperature of the steam so to determine exactly when to time the cooking from and two by the electronic controller. The cycle includes an aging function providing rice ready for blending. The system comes with Teflon coated rice cooking pots which can be easily taken out of the cooker via the unique drawer which slides the pot forward for easy removal.
